How to turn off cron emails 2022-06-11 01:17 | Views: 40

cPanel allows you to manage many aspects of your website. You can setup ftp accounts, manage email addresses, upload files and install scripts. Another feature of cPanel is the ability to schedule cron jobs. Cron jobs are predefined tasks that take place at scheduled times. If you have set up cron jobs on your server, you may set up email notifications so you are notified whenever they run. If you have set up email notifications and no longer wish to receive them, you may disable them following these steps provided.

Login to your cPanel control panel. The control panel is located at yourwebsite.com/cpanel. Replace "yourwebsite.com" with your domain name.

Scroll down the page and click on "Cron Jobs" under the "Advanced" header.

Locate the "Cron Email" section on the "Cron Jobs" page. If an email address is listed, leave the "Email" field blank and press the "Update Email" button

Select "Yes" when a message pops up. This message asks: "Are you sure you do NOT want to receive emails when cron runs?"
